A conceptual proposal developed within a week, which involved creating a space that helps sell the space´s services.

The main challenge of this project was proposing a functional and attractive distribution for workers within a common workspace dedicated to innovation. Spaces where users can share their ideas. In addition, flexible areas for events such as master classes, lectures and debates were also part of the client’s requests.

Making the courtyard the protagonist of this project, we were able to create a flexible environment in which varieties of services are imparted thus prominently improving the company’s resources as well as its cost effectiveness.
